Ever been curious to what a personal trainer’s workouts look like. This is my weekly schedule. You’re more than welcome to follow along for FREE but remember this is a program designed for myself you may need to modify if wanting to follow along.

Programming that is for you and your goals. Tailored to what you need, your equipment available, and schedule. This is training that gets results that stick!

Daily HIIT style conditioning workout. This is a mix of weight lifting, strength training, cardio in as many different ways as I can creatively come up. This helps build strength and endurance.
